Chief Financial Officer - Administration

Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Manage the revenue cycle to optimize cash flow and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial performance and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Lead the finance team in developing skills in cost accounting, market analysis, and financial management.

Skills
• Strong expertise in cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in financial report writing with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to forecast financial trends based on historical data and market analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of profit loss management and its impact on business operations.
• Exceptional business analysis skills to evaluate performance metrics effectively.
• Experience in revenue cycle management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong accounting skills with a focus on maintaining integrity in financial reporting.
• High level of financial acumen to make informed strategic decisions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• A Master’s in Business Administration is required.
• Five or more years of experience in leadership positions within a company’s financial department.
• Must be experienced in accounting and have a proven track record of success leading teams within the financial department.
• Proven experience reading complex financial reports and communicating them to the Board in easy-to-understand terms.
